Now that we discovered what is holding us back in life, let's get down to business of health in September!
Do you usually go to parties in December? We do! Do you want to look fabulous in your Christmas time clothes? I sure do!
Here is the Challenge:
1. If you exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day, keep it up! If you don't, aim for that.
2. If you eat healthy, continue! If you have something you can't seem to quit eating, potato chips, chocolate, etc. Make a pledge to yourself to only eat it once a week.
3. Take time to recharge each week by resting. Sunday is a great day for this.
4. Encourage each other.
5. Don't wait... do it NOW!
