(because I don't like starting ANYTHING on a Monday)
Challenge: Eliminate added sugars!
Skip the sugar in the coffee, the honey in the tea, and the bowl of ice cream after supper. For seven days abstain from sugar in all forms and let's see how good we feel afterwards.
