Great job! Running at 5am! You are mighty! Whew! Great job on the no sugar! I've been doing great the last couple of days, too! My mantra has been Tattoo lost 3! Have you figured out how to add friends? Obviously not! haha! Have a great day at work! Thanks for the clean eating-no sugar encouragement!

Is anyone else doing this challenge?

That's AWESOME!!!!!!! I'm so happy for you!!!! Maybe I should add the no white flour to the mix, too.

I never regret a workout either. I'm doing great on that!

Keep up the great work!

Good Morning,

I completed one week no sugar have lost 4 lbs!!!

I am going to go another week. I will keep it just for today though....Just for today i will not have any sugar or white flour!

Miller sorry to hear about your shoulder. When I am having trouble getting motivated I plan on just a walk or easy workout. Sometimes I change my mind once im out and run or workout harder...sometimes i dont...but at least I get out and do something.

I never regret any type of workout once I do it.

Not so good. I forgot. I bought a bag of Halloween candy for a treat for kids today at school....gave one to my daughter and before I knew it .....one was in my mouth. Didn't even think about it. Tracked it. :( Totally forgot about the challenge. I need to post it somewhere. Shame on me. Do over! I haven't done well this week on the challenge. I haven't ran since Sunday! I'm sore.....I have a frozen shoulder and went for a cortisone shot on Monday and PT on Tuesday....they really worked me hard. Sorry, whining again. Today I'm running! I always feel better! More energy!

I did it today! I did not consume any sugar!

Work is the biggest challenge. Only one other time have I been able to obtain from sweets and baked goods.

I feel really good. I'm really grateful for this challenge. I have one 12 hour shift tomorrow then 4 days off. I really have to do this one day at a time!

I'm in! Starting tomorrow though, already had sugar today. Great challenge, I was just thinking today I need to get off this chocolate kick I'm on.

Thursday 9/29 - Wednesday 10/5
(because I don't like starting ANYTHING on a Monday)

Challenge: Eliminate added sugars!

Skip the sugar in the coffee, the honey in the tea, and the bowl of ice cream after supper. For seven days abstain from sugar in all forms and let's see how good we feel afterwards.

Did you meet the challenge?

Monday:
Tuesday:
Wednesday:
Thursday: yep! go me!
Friday: yikes...not quite..
Saturday:

You can do anything for seven days! Each week we will pick one clean-eating habit to focus on. If you want to join in the challenge, just copy and paste the challenge message into your post just one time. Each day and for each new challenge, just edit your post to reflect whether you met the challenge or not and answer a few simple questions. (that way we don't have hundreds of repetitive posts!) Feel free to join in any time. Let's encourage each other and create some accountability. We can this!!
