I thought a new challenge here might be fun! Every day I will post an exercise or objective and the challenge will be to do 100 reps of that exercise throughout the day or all at once. You can break it up into as many set as you need to but they have to be completed by the end of the day.

Our first daily 100 will be basic crunches!
