On Sunday night, I make Tosca's Steel Cut Oats with vanilla, cinnamon and ground flax and put them into 8 containers. I pop them into the fridge. Then I boil a minimum of 5 eggs and peel them and place in a ziploc baggie. I make up a sweet potato or quinoa and veggies or something else and put it in containers for my lunch, too. Now I'm ready for the week. Lunches and breakfasts are the most difficult for me. Now I'm armed and ready. My sister showed me how to do breakfast. Now in the morning I pull out a container and add about 1/4 cup of almond milk (I just eyeball it) and zap it for 30 seconds, I then add my fruit, and a tsp. of coconut oil....30 more seconds. I add a tsp. of bee pollen mix and eat it up! I grab the lunch I already packed.....and of course, my water, and I'm out the door! I sometimes take the oats for lunch if I haven't prepared food. I always pack my lunch the night before or I'm doomed! No matter how tired I am in the evening......MUST PACK THE LUNCH!

AWESOME!! I pack fruit and nuts when I take a trip into the city, and if I am in the city for supper I go into taco time ask for whole wheat only 1/2 the cheese hold the sour cream and please add more veges a healthy supper or I go into pita pit and ask for 1/2 the cheese also and double the protein also healthy
I have half a dozen or more pint mason jars in my cupboard with 3/4 cup raw rolled oats, TB flax seed,TB wheat germ, 1 scoop protein powder, all ready so i can add hot water and maybe a few berries or 1 TB darkchocolate chips as I walk out the door--(no more quick doughnut stops). And I am thinking about and/or cooking my lunch as i make supper so I only have to throw every thing off shelf 2 in the cooler in the morning.
