I haven't figured out how I did for the month yet, I had a nasty virus on my computer and have not been able to use it much for a couple weeks. All of my fitness minutes are stored here in spark so I will be figuring it out today :)

So how is everyone doing? I am up to 720 already! I's going to me a rough month, lol! I just realized the fitness tracker tops out at 120 minutes for the day it wont track anything more than that and for me that is 2 TKD classes in the evening and all my morning exercise doesn't count :( I started tracking minutes separately, ughhh

I'm going big this month and shooting for 2500! I managed to get 2199 in January so I know I can do this!

I'm going to start posting monthly challenges, if anyone has any good ideas for a challenge let me know.

The February challenge will be to set a fitness minute goal for the month and do your best to meet it.
Once you decide your total fitness minute goal please post it in this thread and check in at least once a week to post how many fitness minutes for that week along with the type of activity. If you know the approximate calorie burn for the activity please post that too...might be kind of interesting :)
Hopefully this will be a fun challenge and we can get some new ideas for different types of activities to try.
