I'm going to start posting monthly challenges, if anyone has any good ideas for a challenge let me know.
The February challenge will be to set a fitness minute goal for the month and do your best to meet it.
Once you decide your total fitness minute goal please post it in this thread and check in at least once a week to post how many fitness minutes for that week along with the type of activity. If you know the approximate calorie burn for the activity please post that too...might be kind of interesting :)
Hopefully this will be a fun challenge and we can get some new ideas for different types of activities to try.
