Less computer time, more chore time! I have been having so much fun absorbing and exploring Sparks, the dust bunnies are getting ugly. But it is better to be here then mindless munching, learning so much.

I agree about the soda. Even though it's diet it's still loaded with chemicals. Scary thing is that you ever notice that if you put it in a cup it stains the cup? Yeah that's what you are putting in your body. I for a while was getting a 2L and drinking almost half over the wkd to keep me from eating bad food. Still not the best choice. I have stopped with the soda almost completely but still I like it on the wkd. NO more.
My goals daily are to journal and food blog. The food blogging really helps me appreciate my food more and the beauty of it. Tosca speaks alot about journaling and it does help

My action plan for the day is to get back on track! I have been out of town since Tues. morning and have really been slacking on my exercise and eating. I have a hard time with eating clean at restaurants, way too many tasty choices lol! I also need to stop with the soda, It's scary how fast that can become a bad habit again.

I'm back from vacation so my goal is to walk 30 mins a day (at least 5 days a week) and get back on clean eating. I did well on vacation but hey, it was vacation. I ate Tosca Clean Oats every day! I ate as clean as possible....I was up against some rough spots. I made really good choices all things considered. I was proud of myself! Time to get back to eating pure! The weather is beautiful here in Northern Indiana so the walking part should be easy!

My goal this week was to follow Cooler 1 Plan, so I started on Monday. It was surprisingly easy! I cannot believe how determined I am and how I haven't really had any of the old cravings (peanut butter and candy). I had more trouble getting all the food in because I kept forgetting to eat (never been an issue with me) I can't wait to weigh myself on Monday morning. I will do one more week of Cooler 1 before moving to the next plan.

Since I am new to the Eat Clean diet, I am going to clean out my kitchen. I will remove all the overly refined foods. I plan to remove the items loaded with white flour. sugar and artificial sugars. I plan on staying in my calorie range and doing my cardio for the day.

I just started the Eat Clean plan last week. I have been on cooler 1 plan and decided this weekend to do more of a cooler 2 plan. We are going to an italian restaurant tonight with my neice so my goal is to stick to the cooler 2 plan. I will say after one week of this I can't believe how great I feel. The first 2 days i felt really sluggish, but not any more...

My action plan is to do a little more exercise each day. I'm only doing 10 minutes a day (the SP challenge) and I need to do more! The weather is still very cold here. I'm going to Florida soon and I plan to go crazy by walking on the beach for hours! I hope it will be warm when I come home and I'll be all energized! and tan! My other action plan is to stick to the Eat Clean Diet as much as possible during vacation which will be really hard. We are staying in someone else's home and they will be cooking for us. I've discussed how I eat and I will be happy to purchase all my own food. She said she will not let me buy my own food. We'll see what happens when we get there. I hope it all works out. I'll be careful and exercise a lot!

I'm going to get back into the gym today. Haven't been able to go all week because my back and neck were so messed up, its starting to feel a little better so I'm going to go give the cross fit and bikes a try. I'm going to have to leave my strength training on hold for a while though :(

Goal for tomorrow try to get at least 1 hour in the gym at some point during the day....it's going to be a crazy day :)

My daily goal for Thurs will be to finish my end of year inventory (just a little behind)and get started on sorting and adding receipts for my taxes. Definitely my most unfavorite thing to do........

In Toscas book Your best Body Now she recommended having a daily action plan to help reduce stress and give yourself little victories to celebrate on the way. Lets use this thread to post a goal on a daily basis. These can be anything you would like to accomplish on any certain day. Anything! Post your goal in the morning or the evening before and let us know how you did with this goal at the end of the day.
