I have been having a hard time getting into it. I should re-read the book. I have set in some of the principals like for breakfast but lunch, dinner and an afternoon snack is where I have trouble. My husband doesn't want to eat the same way so it's been hard. Good luck to everyone!! Leanna
TAYLORL1994, I entered just the other day. I have been mentally preparing myself to really jump into it. I have been slowly easing into it. I'm ready and beginning tomorrow. Preparing a lot of chicken and veggies tonight!!
So the challenge has started and you can go sign up on the Eat Clean web site. Anyone else going to do it? I am, I need to get my pictures and sign up. If anyone else is interested we could start a thread to help motivate each other. I really need motivation!
