Thank you for the info.

Great idea about conducting the Amazon search...I will remember for the next time!

Thanks again,
Belen

Welcome New Member,

The "Spritzer" had me stumped also so I did my trick of going to Amazon and using the "Look Inside" feature. I typed "Spritzer" in the search inside box and every page that the word is on in Eat Fat Lose Fat was listed in results window.

On page 260 under Stewed Fruit it suggest that you take a small amount and add it to sparkling water to make a Spritzer. I calculate that since it list the Stewed Fruit as 75 calories per half cut the small amount would be around 2 tablespoons. Hope this helps.

And good luck with the Quick and Easy Weight Loss program. I found that I personally have to watch my carb intake a little more closely than the book suggest to maintain my weight but adding the good fats to my diet, especially coconut oil made a remarkable difference in my health and general well being.

Keep us posted on your progress!

What is the Spritzer that Dr. Enig and Sally Fallon are referring to in the book, pg. 128/Day One of the Phase Two Menu Plans? I can not find a recipe for the spritzer anywhere (admittedly have not read the book cover to cover) and yet the book indicates that the Spritzer has 20 calories.
I started my family on NT about 3 weeks ago and have just started myself on the Quick and Easy Weight Loss program, but have no clue about the Spritzer.
Thanks,
Belen
