Two Week Challenge
Welcome to the Two Week Challenge
The challenge will run 12/6 through 12/19. The goal is to lose 5 pounds and start/maintain some healthy habits.
You will be broken up into 3 teams. Your goal is to have the most points at the end of each week, and then at the end of the program. Points are calculated as follows:
• Each team starts with 0 points
• Every day that you eat within your calorie limit, get 2 points per person (report daily or weekly)
• For every week that you exercise 3 times for a minimum of 30 minutes each, you’ll get 5 points
• Unless otherwise noted, all food and exercise must be reported by 5 p.m. CST the following Monday.
• There may be extra daily challenges for the opportunity to gain more points!
• There will be 3 weigh ins. You do not have to announce your weight if you don’t want to. But you must state that you’ve done the weigh in. For the second and third weigh in, you must present your results, whether they be maintain, lose or gain. You’ll gain 1 point for every pound lost and lose one point for every pound gained.
• For any participant who misses a weigh in, 5 points will be deducted from your team. Weigh in dates are as follows:
o First weigh in: complete on 12/6. Submit by 12/6.
o Second weigh in: complete on 12/12. Submit by 12/13.
o Third weigh in: complete on 12/19. Submit by 12/20.
