Good luck reaching your goals. This is a great place to be accountable.
I am using butter rather than margarine because it is more natural, and limiting the amount that I do use.
This challenge has been extended till November 19th.

I suffer from high bloof pressure and are heavy heavy handed with salt and the ammount l
use is unhealthy so today lll eliminate half the salt l normally use from my daily diet

Im heavy handed on margarine and the ammount l use is unhealthy for me so my first
unhealthy item to be removed from my daily diet is margarine from my toast to be replaced
with a healthier spread .

Try eliminating one unhealthy item from your diet each day this week. Might be a real challenge with Halloween being this week! Don't give in to the temptation~ Good luck!
