Good luck Wendigayle.
My eating was out of sync today - husband is away, I worked last night so was tired and slept a lot this morning, funeral visitation tonight and no time to have a decent supper - been eating the home made gumbo that husband made before he left on his trip.

Losing weight sure is hard. Joined a program at work hoping being weighted will keep me accountable.

We had Church this morning a lazy aftetnoon and were ready to make a lazy evening and
have pizza for dinner but l decided not to be lazy , put in an effort and put together a much
healthier meal which my wife , son and myself greatly appreciated and enjoyed instead of pizza . l reckon its the emoticon

Not a good day today for me either - went to a funeral luncheon. Maybe I should have had this challenge for next week - I know I'll do better with my hubby being away and him not doing the cooking then. Hmmm..... I'll try to make next weeks challenge a bit easier for us all, but don't get discouraged OK?

I had a good breakfast time l had three eggs on toast and instead of putting peanut
butter on the toast l had an apple instead
Lunch time instead of a couple of sanbwiches l had a tuna salad instead , been awhile since l ate like that

I replaced my usual 2 or 3 slices of toast with an apple but l blew it by having a whack of
yoghurt , l hope to put in a better effort tomorrow
