G'day team , the week didnt work out as l wanted , l gained a kilo and l havent got to the pool Sorry guys no success to share lll keep my goal over the nexf week the same and lll be back next Friday hopefully with a success . Its Friday and my goal over the next is to go to the pool at least three times for exercise in the hydro pool and cut back on the portion sizes of my meals at the moment my weight is at 132.8 kilos and l will be back next Friday with the run down on my success , where my weight is at and the following weeks goal , l hope you all have a great week and may God blesd you all . GOOD FOR YOU!!! My goal for this week is to get a choir report written up. It is due for the church's annual report by the end of this month. My other goal is to be careful of what I order in restaurants to eat when I am out and about.
My goal for the week is to exercise more and not be afraid because of my osteoarthritis in my left knee. I am determined to build the muscles around the joints in my knee and make them stronger without over doing it. I found some exercises that I can do that will help me accomplish this. I will not let stiffness in my knee have power over me and what I am trying to accomplish. My orthopedic Dr. told me that I it would probably happen when I exercised but to not let it stop me and I have made up my mind that I won't!
