Abs? What are abs? I vaguely remember having them! lol. Keep up the good work--I hope to actually see mine again someday.

Sounds good! This already fits well with my current program: C25K training (roughly 30 mins M/W/F), and elliptical + weight training T/Th...I guess I might need to add another weight day to keep up, unless abs count?

I am currently doing 3-4 days per week on a recumbent cross trainer, 8/10 power for 60 minutes. Walks when I can work them into my schedule early or late (too hot in middle of day) and strength training 1-2 times per week (want to work up to daily or at least 3 days a week.

I do (30 mins) cardio 5x a week and strength train 3x. I just make time! On the weekend it my break time.

To get in at least 30 min cardio at least 3x week
and body workouts 20 to 30 min week 3x week.
is this doable?
