Since the holidays are fast approaching, I'm Looking to start a challenge for the team to help us all stay on track.

I'd love to divide everyone interested into teams, but this depends on how many people want to participate. If we go with teams, I'll start separate threads for each team.

Since its not only about weight loss but about being active, I think there will be 2 winning categories - most minutes exercised and most weight loss.

To give everyone enough time to email me if they want to participate, we'll start the Challenge on October 11th - January 11th (to cover the full holiday season)

Please let me know if you want to participate no later than Sunday, October 3rd!!!
