I was "beyond words" LAZY last week. I sortof lost my spark for a while and let LIFE get in the way. If I wore a stepper I could definitely add to this # b/c I had jury duty and went up and down the stairs not the Elevator but I didn't so, I will be getting some miles in this week! emoticon

Don't forget to add your total miles to mine and while you're at it ... why not establish a weekly or monthly goal for yourself. My goal is to walk a minimum of 10 miles a week.

Based upon our conversation in the "Virtual Challenge Walk" I thought it would be good to try to boost this challenge back up to the top.

Let's see how many miles we can calculate as a group from from Sept 1 - December 31, 2011.

I plan on walking 2miles every day for a month then each month going up 2 miles to get myself in shape!!

Sorry I have been MIA. Crazy couple of weeks. I have been walkin, just Not keeping up with exactally how much each day. We had Relay for Life this weekend I was there for the whole 19 hours. I walked quite a few laps during the event.
My ped. had a total of 27.8 miles for the week.

Did a 12 minute mile with Leslie Sansone. I work out about 50-60 minutes a day but will try to add a mile or two several times a week..so I'll start out with 30 minutes of walking a week on top of my other workouts.
