Happy Monday to you! Did you all have a great weekend? I danced the night away Saturday night (closed the place down at 4am) and spent all day yesterday groaning when I walked..lol. Found out dancing is great cardio and evidently core exercise.

So today's challenge is to WORK YOUR LEGS. Great ways to do this are:
*Lunges
*Jumping Jacks
*Squats
*Kickboxing
*Jogging
*Bicycling
*Rollerblading
*Step class, DVD, or stair stepper
*Power walking
How will you work your legs today? I shall be reminding my feet whose boss on the treadmill.
