*Splurge on a healthy meal
*Take a bubble bath
*Ask a loved one for a foot or shoulder massage
*Make t.v. time your choice tonight
*Ask others to make you dinner
*Give yourself a facial, manicure, and/or pedicure
*Give yourself the night off (after a long day at work) to just RELAX
