I have Your Shape and if you like My Fitness Coach then you'll like this one it's the same game only Your Shape comes with a camera so that you can see your moves on the tube...other then that there is no difference except in price you can find my fitness coach for about 20 bucks and your shape around 70 it's not worth the money
I have the Your Shape program and I really like it. It is the one with the camera. You can customize which workouts you do during each session by choosing the area of the body to work, length of time, as well as the equipment you will work with.

I have the Wii Fit plus and I'm finding a lot of use for the custome programs I can do...plus having lots of fun. Is the Your Shape program the one that has the cam with it?

hey everyone!!! i have the wii fit program already, but the new your shape programs seems to be much more customizable to your specific goals. to me, the 70 bucks it costs seems to be a bargain, and i was wondering if anyone has had experience with it yet!!! thanks in advance!!!
