Thanks! I was tempted to take a walk today since the weather was FANTASTIC, but I lost steam pretty quickly. Best to give it another day. I did keep my calories down again today. Hope my appetite says low!
I also spent the afternoon making some home made chicken soup in the crock pot! Can't wait to sample it.

Woo hoo! Next weigh in for me is tomorrow. Not sure what the scale will show. Of course I've been sick all week, so no exercise (unless you count coughing as ab work...lol), but I haven't had much of an appetite either....I'll be happy if I've just maintained my loss!
