I weigh in tomorrow to see how I did on my March goal: lose 7 pounds. I'm feeling good about this one. I've only got one pound to go and I've been really good about food and exercise this week.
My April goals:
Get through a week without my meal deliveries
Eat healthy on the road for a week
Lose 7 pounds
