I'm on nutrisystem. My faves are the orange cranberry breakfast cake thing, the beef vegetable soup, and the chocolate cake! I really like most of the desserts. It's nice to have that to look forward to at the end of the day.

Hi. I have just joined your team today, and will be starting Freshology Gold meals this Sunday. The box of my meals is due to arrive this Friday, but Freshology told me not to begin until Sunday. I will try to come on every day.

Well looks like we are the only 2 posting or the others have gone off meal plans...
Had a good day and the scale was nice this morning.. I have to use the scale right now to keep me motivated but won't do that on going.. but so far 5 down and 15 more to go for Mini Goal.

Again wasn't impressed with dinner last night .Another very sm chicken breast and a HUGE amount of couscous and carrots. Looks to me like the proportions of the meal are way off. Had to add a large lettuce salad to make it complete. another box will arrive Thursday and will have to assess what Bistro's status is following week 2.
I was pretty much hungry all day yesterday. Something I never was in the past on these meals. So far a lot less protein than before and that does not make me happy emoticon

well speak of that hunger Monster.. Nothing was working last night. Finally took a yogurt and then WENT TO BED... If not it would have been worse.. Just have to get the old tummy use to less and less food.. It takes me about 2 weeks.. so I am in the middle of this and will have a rough next 7 or so days.. I need to do what you suggested get out of the house or Exercise.

I have got a pretty full week so that should help me stay out of the kitchen.. hehehehe
I am making a Mini goal of 20 lbs gone over the next 2 months.. That should be do able since I get the first week drop ( I hope ))))... My MD says try for 7 lbs per month.. so that should work.
If the weather would just warm up I would be able to be out and about more and that always helps. Unfortunately, the COLD is still hanging around even here in Florida.

Popcorn for me, too. My problem isn't so much hunger--I'm very full on Bistro. It's more about my mouth & my emotions...I just want to feed myself, even when my stomach is full sometimes. For the mouth, I keep sugarless gum on hand. For the emotions, I try to keep busy and to keep my hands busy, or to exercise instead of eating when I get bored.

after I go through this week of food I am going to talk with their Manager and express my concerns.. I am willing to pay for a premium products but Not a sub premium.. if you know what I mean.
It is taking getting use to a restrictive food plan. but I expected that. Having been down this road I know I have to made personal adjustments to get through some days. Some reason one day I am more hungry then others.. Nothing chg's but the hunger monster is roaming..
When that happens I just add more salads and vegetable and try to ride the tide until it is gone. If it get too bad the large bag of Jolly time Popcorn comes out and that will ususally calm me down. I started getting that Jollytime after I saw how low it was on the weight watchers poinatt scale. I keep it in the house ALL THE TIME. The lightly salted crunchy is a real satisfying item for me.

What do you all do when you get too hungry ???

Yep, the chicken pesto is one of my less favorite items. I don't mind the burritos and things like that in the tray, but when you said that they are going to phase out the packets, that's what worries me. I love those huge chicken breasts!

well feeling good and on target.. I am down the usual first week drop.. of 4lbs... but will take it anyway
A few things I have to adjust. I Need more breakfast than in the past.. so added sm bowl of oatmeal to my egg breakfast. I found I was too hungry too quick after a sm light brkst meal and if I had a signficant bkfst it helps with the hunger all day..

Lunch meal was not good at all.. the chicken pesto.. What the heck happened to the chicken ?? It was less than 1/2 size of the breasts I have gotten in the past. Seems like they added the beans to make up for the less meat.. not tastie at all..

Ok please put up with me for a few days as I RAVE about the food in my ' Box'... It has been a few months since I had BM food.. so there have been some chg's .. I had a lovely lunch with a huge burrito and steamed shredded carrots w raisins.. now it amazes me how Bistro can get flavor and volumn in a frozen meal and the big food companies can't.. I am sure we would all be buying this food at the grocery if we had the opportunity rather than the carb loaded frozen meals that are all most of us find in the frozen food sections.
I can say I am not a fan of the box's and I take the food out of the boxes and heat on a real plate.. That platic tray is probably OK but would rather not chance it. What does the number 1 in a triangle mean ??
