While everyone may not be doing the Start of Summer challenge, what are your favorite exercises to do? I'm always up for hearing something new to try!
Right now I"m participating in this team challenge, and joined the Sparkpeople bootcamp Spring into Summer team. The videos are great fun, with new strength training exercises (and surprisingly challenging!) every day. My cardio has suffered due to a ITBand injury (I used to be an avid runner) but I do love running and cardio kickboxing.
