Right now I'm a big fan of playing Just Dance 2 on my Nintendo Wii! It can really make me work up a sweat, and is more fun that running on my elliptical, which is my other main form of cardio. I'd love to get into a winter sport, like snowboarding, or a gym sport like spinning, but they both seem expensive!
For me, my favorite cardio is running- three half marathons down, countless to go :D And my favorite weight lifting exercises are squats with 10 pound dumbbells in an overhead press position, and single arm rows with 15 pound dumbbells.
