Another ski fan here too! Cross-country or downhill! Any skiing. Hope to escape in March for a week of skiing.
By the way, there is a ski/snowboard team on SP too.

Right now I'm a big fan of playing Just Dance 2 on my Nintendo Wii! It can really make me work up a sweat, and is more fun that running on my elliptical, which is my other main form of cardio. I'd love to get into a winter sport, like snowboarding, or a gym sport like spinning, but they both seem expensive!

Oh now I really want to go skiing!! I haven't been in a few years. Aogoae you are so right about it not feeling like a workout, but by the end of a afternoon session my legs BURN lol.

I also really like hiking! But to get a good workout I have to go out for a few hours. Don't get the chance very often.

going to have to second the running.
For strength, I like bootcamp style workouts. Pushups, squats, situps with jumping jacks in between.

So, what is everyone's favorite exercise?

For me, my favorite cardio is running- three half marathons down, countless to go :D And my favorite weight lifting exercises are squats with 10 pound dumbbells in an overhead press position, and single arm rows with 15 pound dumbbells.
