I have posted my numbers to the google doc and the site is not saved to my work computer. If someone could re-post the google site, I will be able to go in and look at my numbers so I can post them here.

I tweaked my knee with all that dancing, which is why my Sunday numbers are so low (and why my Sunday paces are pathetic on the other challenge)... but but BUT LOOK!! I'm sitting at 300 even as of yesterday morning! I dropped 4 lbs. on this challenge, which is insane in the good way. Yay! :)

Mere, I have NO idea what I did on Thursday. I know I didn't "exercise", and I don't think I did anything to count as cardio...I think I may have gotten one point for water, and one extra point (visiting my husband's grandmother). Saturday: cardio = 0. I have straight up SUCKED at exercising. Sorry! I have no excuses except that I just didn't do it. water = 1, I think. Extra = 2 (visiting my hubby's grandmother, going out to eat with the hubby and some of his family). Sunday: cardio = what do you think? lol. Water = 0. Again. Extra = 3 (went to church, listened to both Arbonne conference calls, hung out with my husband and my parents). Total for the three days = 8. Wow. That's pretty horrible. I will definitely do better on the next challenge!!

Thursday was a bad day, I couldn't do anything cause I had to help my little sis all day. Seriously, we only took a break to eat.

For the Pumpkins - Friday: cardio - 0. I know. Water = 2!! I actually got those two in. Extra = 2 (went to a jewelry party and I treated myself to ONE cookie). Friday's total = 4. Did you get my Thursday points? Because I don't remember what I did...

Mere; I did WW several times. They made it very clear that caffeinated drinks did not count as water. The principle is that caffeine dehydrates the body. Spark also has a good article on the benifits of water in weight loss. ***pasted from Spark Article Besides being a vital component of your body, water also helps to reduce weight. The more hydrated you are, the quicker your metabolism works. When you are dehydrated – even before you start becoming thirsty – your liver has to help the kidneys function and can’t metabolize fat as quickly. Your metabolism slows down, causing some unwanted fat to remain. Staying hydrated is not restricted to drinking water; milk, juice and other liquids – even some fruits and vegetables – are good sources of water. But avoid caffeinated beverages (coffee, soda), as they actually cause you to lose fluids and become dehydrated.
I still have caffeinated drinks, but I drink equal amounts of water to compensate for them. I have found myself drinking more water and less of the other and my body seems to appreciate it.
I hope this was helpful. Some people have more of a challenge with water...It's whatever you can do.

Julie . . . sorry for the confusion . . I guess I'm that way too. *grin* I was always told that you could count it as water as long as it didn't have cal's or carbonation . . . so I've always counted my coffee. Even w/o it, I still get lots n lots 'o water . . . at least 10 w/o it . . up to 14 w/ it.. . . H2O . . does spark say you don't count coffee? (I don't mean drinks made with sugar and milk and whipped cream . . I mean plain, black coffee). hrm. I guess I'll have to cut down on that!! ;)
Ok ladies . . sorry about yesterday! We had quite a situation at work. In my office, a lot of the customer service center works until 8PM . . .and it seems, that Thursday night . . the bigwigs popped in and fired two of our major managers. *blink* Soooo yesterday was quite interesting . . . we had the COO, and the VP's and HR milling around . . . and I couldn't be on Spark at all! (boo!) And they didn't get my internet fully fixed until this morning . . . so . . .
I"M BAAACK. *lol*
and we have TWO MORE DAYS left in this challenge. AND it's the weekend!!! so I want to see 24's out of people! And those be nice points . . AND THOSE WATER POINTS!!!!!

I enjoy using the comedy technique of self-deprecation - but I'm not very good at it.
I haven't done any exercise this week due to I caught a little sick bug. It's finally gone now. I did track my food for this week though. And drank my water, but not extra water.
