After all my recording, I had to go back and edit all other training out as this was a Cardio Challenge. I still crushed it but will thrive to do even better in 2011. Thanks to the Team for the challenge. It kept my heart going good!

It's the points you get here on spark for tracking your cardio daily... so 1pt for every 5 minutes. Spark also limits you to 24pts a day.

Count me in too, I need to get my Cardio going stronger!!!!! If I understood it correctly we use the points we get per day on our Spark site for cardio.

Just can't live that negative way....make way for a positive day!

One thing I'm not getting on the page is how to count the points. I saw a "max points" listed, but not what hte points stand for.
