Start out this week by framing your attitude! Yes it will be busy. Yes there will be food. Yes you can get through this and make it through the week in a position of success!
This week's challenge starts Saturday, November 20 through Friday November 26th. Don't forget to post your weights/points for this week on your team thread and team leaders send me the totals for everyone in one sparkmail please.
1. Earn 100 points for photo blogging your food on Thanksgiving Day. I learned this tip from fellow sparker LOSINGJESS who has lost over 100 lbs and photoblogged her way through most of it. When I am in situations where there is too much food, I'll take pictures of my plate and post it. It helps me to be reasonable and accountable to my SP teammates.
2. This is healthy breakfast week so earn 10 points everyday that you can start your day out with a healthy meal - 100 points if you make all 7 days! Skipping breakfast so that you can have more calories during the day is never a good thing!
3. Exercise/Charity - Earn 50 points for making a plan to combine your healthy lifestyle with some type of charity over the next several weeks. Examples - Run a 5k for a charity, do the 1 mile walk for a charity, donate the total number of pounds you've lost in food to the local food pantry. I'm signed up for the Turkey Trot in Dallas that raises money for the YMCA, and I plan on donating 87lbs worth of food over the next couple of weeks. Share your plan on the team thread. Get creative and finds ways to help others while pursuing your dream.
4. Earn 100 points if you exercise at least three times this week for 20 minutes or more each time. An extra 50 points if one of those days is Thanksgiving after the meal!
100 points for the week if you get in your get your 8 glasses of water each day.
100 points for for the week if you get in your 5 fruits/veggies each day.
100 points for posting on the team huddle each day of the week.
It's go crazy and earn alot of points week! Have fun with that!
