I have managed to make it to the gym at least 2-3 times a week for 2 months straight now and Zumba at least 2 nights a week for 1 month now. :)

O-out with the negative thoughts
T-think of why you want it
I-imagine how you will feel
V-visualize the future you
A-acknowledge your successes
T-treat yourself with respect
I-investigate new ideas and foods
O-observe your healthy lifestyle
N-never give up and never give in
-when met I get a new mp3 player
Goal 4-140 GOAL WEIGHT!!!
-when met I start planning a cruise!
Since my gallbladder was removed, my body has been off. I'm off dairy to see if i feel better. I am less bloated and swollen (feeling) so I am sure dairy is an issue.
Day 7 of no dairy.
