It's time for a new challenge ! I need to walk/exercise six days a week. I am kicking it off today, because it is the first day of my spring break (I work in a school). Who would like to join me in a commitment to exercise ? For those of you already commited, how about trying something new or pushing your workout a little harder ? Let's do it !
