11th~ Wii Fit 12th~ ST 13th~ WATP I did some exercise these days, not what was planned but still a success.
14th - 23th My plan is to ST every other day and "play" some sort of Wii game on the opposite day ( Wii Fit, Just Dance, My Fitness Coach, Biggest Loser, EA Sports Active, etc. ONE of those each day.) 24th- Will be with family playing games, cooking, etc. 25th- Black Friday, Shopping 26th-30th My plan is to do WATP each day.

My challange is to stay in calaries range, excercise 3 to 4 times a week. Compete in the challanges spark people groups has to offer. And try to get that 8 hours of sleep daily aswell as the 8 glasses of water. I see those 2 aspect in this begin week has been lacking.
