I read the article about the calories in an Easter Basket. It didn't stop me from enjoying a few treats, but at least I went into it with my eyes open! I just called my friend to have her "fuss" and instead she reminded me of the journey we are on and how to see the positives in what we've accomplished. I'm no longer discouraged. Aren't friends WONDERFUL!

I'm glad this is this month's challenge, since SP has finally added some new articles! I had gotten to the point that I had read everything, at least everything I could find, which really bummed me out (I sound like a goober, I know). I like the points, but I also like all the things I've learned. I'm especially happy that SP has just added some good new gardening articles, since I'm looking to start a small container garden, so I can eat healthier and cheaper.
