Great ideas! I hesitate on the veggie of the month simply because I don't like most veggies and I worry there might be other picky eaters on the team as well.
However, we could definitely do something like eat 2-5 veggies and maybe combine that with a couple of veggies of the month - seasonal. Picky eaters could choose to try or just not do that portion of the challenge.
Cherlyn - I like the idea about housework as exercise as "heavy" housework is in the fitness tracker. Thoughts on this? I know that my vacuum cleaner weighs 23 lbs (though I love it) and I don't vacuum everyday, but once every couple of weeks. When I was doing the whole house, I definitely counted it as exercise (fortunately I don't mind vacuuming). But, that's about all that comes to mind. Also, gardening and other yard work can be exercise.
I'm always nice to strangers as you never know what kind of day someone is having, but I particularly like the "be kind too yourself" as many of us can guilt ourselves over the smallest little things.
Keep the ideas coming! I'm definitely going to hunker down and figure out to actually set these as team goals each month so we can sign up that way in addition to a discussion in the Challenge Forum.
