7/28 Protein 88 - range 60-130
Adlins, check out my recipe for Tuna Soup. It was a spur of the moment thing that turned out great! I was so full after I finished it. It started with only tomatoes & 1 TBL dressing, added celery and decided to cook it. Checked my Nutrition Tracker and needed calories and protein and the rest is Tuna Soup. Mind you, I make my own broth and I used cooked beef bones from our own beef - cooked for hours with some vinegar to really get the nutrition from the bones. It just gives me one more thing to do with canned tuna.

P.S. That's my Virtual Model at my current weight. Gosh but I wish my thighs looked half as good! But they are getting better with all this Sparkin' Exercisin'.
P.P.S. I did a Spark Search and it seems Tuna Soup is not that unusual. Many varieties to be found online.
