Thanks! I am glad you liked it.
I do have an updated version on the other team that I lead. I will copy and paste it here for you. If you like, you can join that team as well. I post daily work out challenges there too!
Here it is:
(a lot of it is the same)

*Just a few suggestions for eating healthier and keeping the calories, fats, and carbs down.*

Most of us LOVE cheese! emoticon
If you can switch to Fat Free,
If you can't at least try 2%.

Here is a list of the calories:
1/4 cup reg shredded cheddar: 110 calories
1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar: 80 calories
1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded cheddar: 45 calories

emoticonIf you ate berries, (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)rather than raisins or grapes you would save some calories there.
Here is a website to compare foods side by side.

www.nutritiondata.com/

Try a 1/2 of a banana with berries rather than a whole one.emoticon

Nuts are great! Like Almonds and Pistachios. I chop them up with my hand chopper. I usually add 6 to my cereal and yogurt. Emerald has a chocolate covered one that is Yummy!emoticon

www.emeraldnuts.com/
They have a coupon you can print as well!

emoticon Try Hood Simply Smart Fat Free milk. rather than Whole or 2%

Try a lower calorie, Fat Free yogurt, or reduced fat yogurt.emoticon
Greek Yogurt is really loaded with Protein. We need extra protein while losing weight, so we do not lose muscle mass.

emoticonTurkey bacon rather then regular or sausage.

All whites, or Egg Beater rather than eggs.emoticon The Egg Beaters come in differnt flavors too!

www.eggbeaters.com/products/index.jsp

English muffin rather than biscuits or bagels.

Or try the Alternative Bagel!

"The Alternative Bagel™
As seen in Weight Watchers® Magazine! Are you craving a bagel, but not all the calories that come with it? Well look no further. With our 110 calorie Alternative Bagel, you can actually enjoy a bagel without the guilt that comes with it. It's also packed with 7g of fiber."

TRY pure Fruit spreads rather than jams or jellies!

emoticonThis is an awesome Peanut Butter also!

www.naturallymore.com/

The whole FLATOUT light line rocks! Flat bread, or Artisan Fold~IT flat bread rather than bread for sandwiches.
Just tried the FLATOUT Edge On Crisps. They are awesome too!

www.flatoutbread.com/

Less eating out, and or pre-made foods. ie panera Boston Market, TGIFriday's etc.

What you can do if you know you are going to eat out, look online for the nutrition facts for the foods they serve! Go in there with your guns loaded!!!

If you cut out a few calories, fat and carbs here and there, you can eat more for the entire day! Fresh foods, fruits and veggies are so good for our bodies they are our fuel, plus water of course. You will not only lose weight, you will feel like you have more energy too! All the processed foods are slowly killing our bodies.
Try to eat no LESS than 1100 calories A day. And no more than 1300. Just make it GOOD calories, not empty ones...and spread it out through out the day. It helps to keep our metabolism going strong!

Hope this helps some.
emoticon
Additional Info added 2/5/2010:

I found that when I eat dinner out, the safest thing to order is a petite sirloin, and broccoli, or a plain baked sweet potato.
Bread and rice are my Enemy now! I LOVE them both! But I have had to learn to go w/out, or to have a 1/2 serving only, if I really feel I can not go w/out it at that particular meal!
Pasta is way out there as well. AND boy I come from a family of pasta heads, having an Italian Mom!
I try to buy Ronzoni Healthy Harvest (whole grain)AND the most important thing is to only have the actual portion SIZE! Did you know that there are 8 servings in a one pound box of pasta? I almost fell out when I read that! We might have gotten four out of a box at my house b4!
Site for a printable coupon for Healthy Harvest:

FYI: "According to a University of Michigan research study, at least 25% to 30% of weight lost by dieting alone is not fat at all, but lean tissue, muscle, bone and water. However, strength training helps dieters preserve muscle mass while still losing weight."

Interesting things to look into:
