emoticon Sip it smart! I've switched to Zevia soda. It is made with the plant called stevia, so you get the sweet without the calories. My favorite flavor is Ginger Root Beer and I also enjoy Grapefruit. One thing that has helped me cut down on soda is to get my caffine from tea. I found a brand called Runa (runa.org) that has more caffine and less crashing mid afternoon.
You can get zevia coupons on their facebook page.
Good luck with your move from soda to a healthier you!

Simply don't buy the soda! That's the biggest thing I'm doing. If I don't have a bunch of snack food, then I can't eat it! If I limit what is in my refrigerator, then there is nothing to eat so I won't be mindlessly eating. If you're problem is going out and ordering soda, just order water instead. If it's the vending machine that's the problem, don't carry spare cash/change with you. I hope that helps!
