I use motivational outfits all the time. I love seeing my body shrink to fit them. At the same time, I make sure I've got stuff to fit just in case. I mean, lets face it. Bloating during TOM sometimes makes me want to put on clothes one size bigger. Comfort is the most important.

So I know Ive only lost 5 lbs so far...but I needed to get a few summer clothes....I bought them in a size smaller than I am that by the time summer is actually here...I can wear them...I didnt spend much...can you say ....CLEARANCE!! But I was thinking it could be a mind game for want to fit in I need to work a lil harder...AM I CRAZY....or does this make sense?? Thanks!!
