I was back in the gym today getting my step on emoticon on the 16th it will be one month since I re-joined the gym and I am looking forward to reaching my 2 month anniversary, as well as seeing my progress!

Didn't go to the "Y" today, had a lot of running around to do (bill paying on bus) so, I got my exercise in that way emoticon ....not the way I wanted to get exercise in, but it is what it is........I did enough running and walking (that I don't normally do emoticon ) but it was all good.

I will be back on my game first things tomorrow morning (5:30 am)

20 core work out PT has me doing these every morning

Hello Divas,

Yesterday, I had a good workout, started off with 15 mins of cardio on the Elliptical...then a vigorous 45 min upper and lower body workout (strengthening and toning), then 2 water aerobics classes (pillates and intense cardio)........and I am feeling great...........I am meeting all of my goals........water, caloric intake, exercise, sleep.... emoticon and this is just the beginning..........WORLD watch out, I said 2011 is mines and "I am taking it with a strong vengence..............

First time in a year went for a morning walk, will try to get back out to walking daily. Having my morning shake, Whole oatmeal, egg whites, banana, milk,water (Personal Trainer ) has me drinking this in the mornings emoticon . Had to get use too it , just mixed it all in the blender. Still getting use to the taste.

Things are going fine.......Snowy here in Indiana so I haven't been out today......but on the right track to hopefully becoming employed (although I don't care if I work or not) emoticon and getting the workout I need.........really ready for the pain bring it on emoticon

Hey Diva,

DO THE DAMN THING.........I signed up with the YMCA and got financial help, so I am on my way to really losing and tightening up what already has been lost, wish me luck emoticon ........I feel the soreness and pain, but I am welcoming it with open arms....I plan to go the Myrtle Beach with my bikini takini I purchased, with my man, and turn all heads with my luscious curves and thick, toned thighs....... emoticon

Today I did another 1 hour and 15 minutes if cardio and I feel great! I did my measurements and ready for them numbers to decrease. How are you doing?

I cleaned my bathroom.....although it's never dirty, I just felt like giving it a complete makeover..... show curtains, rugs, wax floor, bleached tub.... spent probably 40 minutes doing it emoticon
