My favorite workouts would have to be dancing and my wii fit I loved it walking/jog an weight train

I like the gym. I can get on the bike, treadmill & elliptical each for 15 mins. the elliptical does WONDERS for lower back pain.

i also like arm curls a k a eating emoticon

Dorice, when she is doing something too tough, step side to side, kick, squat... That's what I do on her Fat Banish DVD.

Keyta, DVD's have became my best friend. I like to switch up my workouts and I miss going to my gym classes. I have found that these workouts are just as good and effective as going to the classes. When I get my money right I am going back to Fit Zone for Women for their step, kick boxing, and belly dancing classes.

my absolute fav workout is.....dropping it low with my daughters! I love dancing because its fun and I am very creative with it I can always sweat it out I am not a good DVD person and gym is not always an option. I also like push up and crunches because its mindless you just do them and thats it.

Walking, WATP, I tried the 30 day Shred by Jillian Micheals but turned when they got down on the floor to do the push ups, I hate floor excercises.

OMG, I love all kinds of workouts... my favorite would have to be jogging (when I can get back to doing it) but until then workout Dvd's are the best!

I got my Jillian Michaels DVD last week but haven't opened it. I've been doing Leslie Sansone's 1, 2 and 3 mile workouts on Exercise TV in front of the big screen (more convenient because my DVD is complicated to turn on). I especially like the 2 mile workout because of its time.

Finished: Walt Disney World Marathon, January 13, 2013.
Finished: Disney Princess Half, February 2013
Finished: Orange Blossom Half and 5K, March 3, 2013
Finished: Divas Half, N Myrtle Beach, April 2013

I understand we are all busy with school and work and children but I was wondering what's your favorite workout, or the exercise where you see the most results!
