Today's Challenge of the Day is Dumbbell Hammer Curls. If you do not have any dumbbells, you can use water bottles, soup cans, etc., anything with added weight will work. How many can you do? I am going to shoot for 50.

I wanted to do a Daily challenge and figure I come post here and see who else might be interested in joining me.
