9/10 Tracking met, Water met, eating healthy met, Walking 60 mins met
9/11 Tracking met, Water met, Eating healthy met, Walking 45 mins met
9/12 Rest day ate healthy all day and drink my water met
9/13 tracking met, eating healthy met, water met, walking 40 mins met
9/14 ate healthy,drink my water, rest day
9/15 walking 60 mins met, eating healthy met,water met

8/28 Got some walking in today, Started out eating healthy but mess up by eating late at night

8/29 Track everything and drink water today

8/30 Had a good day track and walked

8/31 Rest day track everything went over my calories a bit

9/1 Rest day being Sunday I hate doing anything my lazy day did track and cleaned the house and did laundry.

9/2 Tracking and doing good been walking here and there

9/3 Ate better today and didn't drink enough water

9/4 Walked and track my foods

9/5 yea I walk 5.9 miles and did over 14223 steps also track my foods

9/6 Legs hurt from walking yesterday but I did track my foods

9/7 Rest day as it my Birthday hubby and kids gave me the day off

9/8 Walk some and clean and track

9/9 Feeling sick and weak today I spent it in bed and drink hot tea and had soup

8/25 Tracking and doing good been walking here and there

8/26 Still tracking and drinking the water and walking doing good other wise

8/27 Ate out today but made healthy choices and did good and got some walking in too

8/21 Track everything I ate and did, Stayed within my daily points, Drink my water and Did 10 minutes of cardio and posted on spark

8/22 Track my foods and drink and posted here on spark. Drink my water. Did 45 minutes of cleaning

8/23 Track my foods and drink and drink my water and took a rest day posted on spark

8/24 Track my food and drink and drink my water and posted on spark and took care of the whole house while hubby rested, I cleaned and cook etc while being sick with a nasty cold.

walk for 20 minutes and did 3,000 steps

We can start Aug 15,.The idea is to get in the habit of tracking (even if you go over range), and moving more (even if it's just 10 or 20 or 30 minutes a day). Time to get back on track..
