This challenge will run from May 27 to June 27th, Who will join me ???????
1)Cardio 4X per week
2)Strength 2X per week
3)Track ALL food daily
4) Share something great that happened
5) Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water

Always find time to spend with family and friends
Always make time for yourself
