Sorry this challenge is three days late just been busy with hubby and kids..Okay this challenge will start 3/4/2012 and end on 4/4/2012
Challenge 1 : Start your day with a healthy breakfast
Challenge 2 : Eat 2 fruits and 3 veggies daily
Challenge 3 : Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily
Challenge 4 : Do at least 20 minutes of cardio and strength training 3x week beginners for the Divas who are more active do at least 40 minutes of cardio and strength 5x week.(Doesn't matter what it is as long as you are moving).
Challenge 5 : Start a garden. This is exercise and good for the soul. Plus it will help out your wallets too.
Challenge 6 : Spring is on its way and time to do some Spring Cleaning. Get rid of that stuff you do not use and unclutter you life. The rule of thumb is if you haven’t used it in 6 months, get rid of it. You will be surprised about how good you will feel when you do so. This could include people too now. If there are some “friends” in your life that always cause you to stress out and be negative, cut them off. This sounds harsh I know but you will notice that you are less stressed out and happier.
