My meals for today was:
Breakfast--1 egg over easy,2 slices of bacon,1/2 cup of strawberries with coffee,cream
Snack--- Atkins bar
Lunch--Tossed salad with hamburger,with strawberries,Diet coke
Snack-- Slim Jim
Dinner--Stuff cabbage with tomato sauce and Biscuit and diet coke
Snack--sugar Free jello with whipped topping
Water 72oz

Cal 1733, Fat 108, carb 47,fiber 12.5,pro 120,sod 2596

Calorie range is between 1400-1800....
Exercise 10837 steps 4.53 miles calorie burned 3532 emoticon

It’s February, you know what that means…a new challenge And this year is leap year so we have an extra day! I am so sorry this is late..I been sick and just getting back to normal and on track...

Fit February Challenge........
This month is all about tracking your workouts and food intake....
Keeping track of all this helps you with your goals and achieving a fitter, healthier you...

You will be challenged to:
– Log your daily food & beverage intake focusing on drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily and eating 6-8 servings of veggies & fruits along with whole grains, lean proteins and limiting your sugar & processed food intake...
– Exercise at least 3 times a week (minimum of 30 minutes) or 5 times a week (minimum of 45 minutes) for those divas who been exercising for awhile..
– Focus on the positive in your life...

To get started:
Make a daily log and track your daily food/beverage intake, exercise, etc.
You don’t have to complete all of them every day…
Just do what you can, push yourself a bit each day...
This is to help you develop habits that are good for you and develop healthy body, mind and soul...

The challenge is officially over on February 29, 2012 at midnight; however, My hope is that you’ll continue on with the habits that you will learn during this month! Good luck Divas! We can do this together....
