I tracked 495 minutes of exercise this month. I am bad at posting daily but I will keep trying.
I drink 8+ glasses of water daily
I eat 5+ fruits & veggies daily

I'm exercising and strength training, drinking 8+ glasses of water and eating 5 or more fruits and veggies daily. I am down to 263.5 and counting.

I am doing the challenge but have gotten horrible at posting. i will continur to stick to goal and will try to post at least 2x a week. emoticon

In in on this challenge! Last week I worked out 4 days and this week I'm going for 5 minimum. I am making it a personal challenge to lose these pesty 6lbs that keeps coming and going! My motto is "Go Hard or Go Home"

Jan 2 yes I got my veggies in three times and got my water in and got some walking done and had only one fruit. emoticon

Jan 3 yes ate my veggies and drink my water and did some walking emoticon no fruit

I figure now that it's a new year why not have a challenge....

Let's rock Jan with a bang by losing 5-10 lbs....

Let's get at least 30 minutes of exercise in during the day.. It can be any kind of exercise you want to do. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Let's get our water in daily by drinking 8-10 glasses of water in emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
