1/25- 23 mins treadmill 1/27- 30 mins walking 1/28- 20mins walking 1/29- 10 mins walking 1/30- 45mins walking 1/31- 45mins walking I tracked 495 minutes of exercise this month. I am bad at posting daily but I will keep trying. I drink 8+ glasses of water daily I eat 5+ fruits & veggies daily
