We're less than 30 days til the New Year and we need a last chance challenge!!! Let's keep it short and simple...
New Divas, we are going to set aside some 'me time' to meet this challenge! I understand that we all have busy lives and families but we want our bodies to change, so we are going to have to change. Instead of sitting down watch a thirty minute sitcom, pull out one of your Dvd's, step in place (side to side), kick, punch... I think you get the picture... Do anything that will elevate your heart rate for 30 minutes, 3 days a week minimum and you will meet the challenge
For all the other conditioned Divas, we are going for 4 days 30 minutes minimum... We have to end this year with a bang!!! It can still be done
