I know its late in the day but I am in for this challenge.... I was looking for something to help motivate me and this is it.


I've lost 2.5 already so I have 2.5 or better to do....

I been doing a lot of walking both outside and indoors. So far I have lost 7 pounds since Oct 1 st

Ok, we should all be doing a minimum of 3 days a week of cardio, which is still going to be in our challenges... Most of us are doing the 4 day, 45 minutes a day challenge, WooHoo... But this month I am challenging everyone to try and lose 5 pounds this month. This is equivalent to 1.25 pounds a week...5250 less every week... 750 less calories each day... 500 calories burned in a workout and 250 calories a day (one less snack, cookies, 1 donut) I think you get the picture! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
