yesterday the scale was at 230lbs.

Life is complicated right now. I am spending most nights at the farm with Terry - no scale. I prefer to weigh in first thing in the morning before I get dressed. Once dressed, it never crosses my mind to weigh in. Guess I`ll have to do something about that.

Wow, we are well in the 9th month of the year and I know it is hard for some of us to stay focused on what we promised ourself in January... Become a healthier 'You'... So, this challenge is simple, remember!

Remember why you joined SparkPeople...
Remember why you wanted to lose weight in the first place!
Remember that you are worth it!
Remember that you can do it!
Remember you will do it!
Remember your goals!
Remember to set goals!
Remember to re-evaluate your goals!
Remember to work on your goals!
Remember to get in cardio at least 3 days a week, 5-6 for weight loss!
Remember to drink your water!
Remember to LOVE YOU!!!

Now... here is the challenge, eating, water, cardio...

1st~ find out what your recommended calorie range is weight loss and try to stay within it emoticon
2nd~ drink as much water as you can emoticon
3rd~ walk/run/jog/exercise at least 3 days a week emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You can't go wrong if you do all three!!! Who's up for the challenge??? emoticon
