Try "hiding" your vegetables in your food. I do this otherwise my husband & children will never eat vegetables. For example, I put pureed carrots (baby food will also do) in spaghetti sauce. Mix chopped spinach in rice, on sandwiches instead of or with lettuce, or in stir fry. I use spinach a lot because it wilts and they barely notice. Also, you can juice your veggies.

Okay since signing up for the challenge I have done at least 30 minutes a day of cardio. My downfalls.....water & veggies. I have had maybe 2 to 3 servings per day of vegetables. I just dont get excited about them if they're not dressed up in something fatty. I have to say my biggest change is my water intake. I have gone from zero cups to about four a day. Its still so gross to me but Im gettin it in. Hoping to have better news next week

I joined the challenge at the beginning of the month but after going to the dr. for my post-op appointment on my knee, I learned that there will be no cardio for me for 3-4 weeks. emoticon

Shame on Me! I haven't been to this Team for a while to post & am just now seeing this challenge! I want to join in on the FUN-FILLED AEROBIC/STRENGTH TRAINING ACTIVITIES! COUNT ME IN! emoticon
August 9: I walked 2 miles for 30 minutes with Leslie Sansone's WATP on Comcast On Demand!
August 10: Walked two more miles w/ Leslie Sansone for 30 minutes along with about 15 to 20 minutes of strength training exercises that evening!
August 11: Did only 15 minutes of exercise on this day, asthma & dizziness were making it difficult.Help! emoticon
August 12: I did 30 minutes of walking with Leslie Sansone, it was great! Plan to do it again on tomorrow! emoticon

Gone Sandy! I didn't get in any cardio today because of the excessive cleaning 2 hours of cleaning and sorting! I'm actually happy that I'm getting rid of some things that I don't need emoticon I am selling so much stuff on Craigslist and actually have recycled $250 towards my vacation emoticon now that's progress! I have someone coming tomorrow to look at a washer tomorrow and hope she buy it because that's more vacation $$$. I'm on the countdown til take-off...

Keish, we have to workout at least 4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. Stop by the forum and post as often as you can your progress so we can cheer you on and keep you motivated! I am ready for the challenge as I have added roller skating once a week to my cardio challenge. I am looking forward to seeing my progress at the end of the month cause I am ready to move that ticker past 20 lbs gone forever! I hope you are ready to rock and roll Diva!!!

I'm in Sandy! I will add, let get in the 30 at least 4 days a week! Personally, I need to be getting it in 6 days! I want to move the scale by another 10 pounds within the next month and a half considering I will be in Vegas for 5 days, which might set me back some!
