Well as many of us know we are over half-way into the year... We needed a new challenge to keep the spark going so we are having a 'Get Fly in July' challenge. Here's the challenge:

~ 4 days of cardio, 30 minutes a day minimum
~ 64 ounces of water minimum to keep hydrated and keep us looking good
~ walk a minimum of 5 miles a week

This challenge is not too fancy, just enough to keep our bodies right for the summer heat! I'm up for the challenge, are you?
