Who's up for a challenge? I know I am!!!

Here it goes... 20 minutes a day, 7 days a week... I know for a lot of us that is a lot! But here's the challenge... Do you regular cardio as you are doing rather it is 3, 4, or 5 days and on your off days simply walk for 20 minutes around the neighborhood, park, trail, or simply in place in your living room.

If you dont have a fitness regimen, walk emoticon everyday for at least 20 minutes a day and you have met the challenge! Want to do more... Find a workout tape that is at least 20 minutes and you've met the daily challenge. There are so many ways to meet the challenge that it's hard not to meet the challenge...

So, who's up for the challenge???
