Thanks Sandy for the challenge! I am ready to get back on track and ready for change! I have been doing really go on my eating but fell a little on the cardio but I still in the race and refuse to give up on myself! I ready!!!
Im on it!! doing all of that except for the ...so I started taking omega 3,6,9 with fish oil...is something right...I wish I could eat fish..It looks soooo good...I just cant get it down!! Im a silly woman..I know...haha
WOW!!! I have been gone for a couple of months!!! I am back and ready to jump back in!
Let's get some Cardio in : Try to aim for at least 30 minutes a day, For beginners try for three days a week, For more advance to 6 days a week.
Let's drink our water: Water is so important to the body, muscles, and cleansing...Most bodies need at least 8-10 glasses of water per day! Aim for 8-10 glasses a day.
Let's eat healthy too this month: So I want you to get your 3 serving of fruits in daily So I want you to get your 2 serving of veggies in daily Also get in your omega-3 in to twice a week try to have your favorite
Remember: We are ALL here together to lose weight, get healthy, and live longer, happier lives. Encourage others all month...MAY is a GREAT beginning for a lot of healthy lifestyle changers! We can do this together!!!!!!!
